Palm Push

Breast Enlargement Exercise: Palm Push
This is a dynamic-tension exercise that's very low-impact. This exercise as well as the finger lock can be performed anywhere -- even when you're in your car at a stop light. And exercising is a great way to spend that otherwise wasted time.
Place your hands, palm together, in front of your chest. You can point the fingers of both hands up or you can place your hands perpendicular to one another.
Push your hands together as tightly as you can. Hold this pressure for five seconds.
Slowly relax the pressure. Repeat.
