There are several ways to enhance your bust and the method that you choose will ultimately determine the breast enhancement side effects that you may experience. The first method of breast enhancement, and often the most effective, is also associated with the most serious side effects. Breast implant surgery is sure to reward you with an increased bust, however, there has been quite a bit of controversy over the procedure especially in relation to silicone breast implants. Silicone breast implants have been linked to arthritis, skin decay, lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome and even cancer, but with the introduction of saline implants fewer side effects have arisen. Even though saline implants have ruled out many of the risks that were associated with this surgery, patients should still be aware that there is always the chance that scar tissue may form in the breasts causing them to harden, internal bleeding could occur, an infection could develop around the implant, nipples could become over or under-sensitive or the implant could rupture causing complications. These side effects are rare, however, anyone considering breast implant surgery must be aware that risks exist. If you are interested in trying out a form of breast enhancement that isn't associated with quite as many side effects (but also isn't proven to offer guaranteed results) you might want to look into herbal breast enhancement products. Herbal breast enhancement products typically contain a blend of vitamins, herbs and minerals and claim to naturally enhance your bust. One side effect of these products could be a regulated menstrual cycle, which is a good thing, however, women who are pregnant are nursing are warned not to use these products because they can be harmful to children. Like herbal breast enhancement, breast enhancement exercises also result in few side effects. Breast enhancement exercise usually involves a tailored strengthening workout regime that is designed to increase the size of the pectoral muscles. Both men and women can benefit from these exercises, however, the result is often a toned upper body rather than a curvy silhouette so, although there are few side effects, most women would rather opt for surgery which is easier and will likely offer them the curves they crave.Breast enhancement is similar to many other things in life when you look at the side effects. Basically the more risk you are willing to take and the more breast enhancement side effects you are willing to accept, the more likely you are to receive the sort of result you are after.

Silicone Breast Enhancer
The silicone gel implants that are used for silicone breast enhancement were first introduced in the 1960s, but since the 1980s silicone breast enhancement has garnered quite a bit of criticism. This criticism is not without warrant. Since the 1980s silicone breast implants have been associated with various connective tissue and autoimmune diseases. They have been linked to arthritis, skin decay, lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome and even cancer.
The biggest concern when it comes to silicone breast enhancement is the possibility of leakage. In many cases leakage has been linked to chronic illness so anyone who is considering having this type of implant should be aware of the obvious risks involved with silicone breast enhancement.Because scientific research has yet to prove that silicone implants are safe the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has ruled that silicone implants should only be made available to women who are participating in scientific studies.Because silicone implants are now only available to a select few, a new type of implant has become widely available. Saline implants are considered by many to be quite a bit safer than their silicone cousins. This is because saline implants are filled with salt-water rather than the compound silicone, which is also used to make binders, caulking, and sealants and latex paints.
All plastic surgery carries risks, but since saline implants have been introduced more and more women seem to be attracted to breast enhancement. If you are considering breast enhancement it is important to weigh all of your options so that you can feel completely comfortable with the decision you make.Breast enhancement can not only change your figure it can also refurbish your sense of self esteem so if you are sick of your small chest consult a plastic surgeon in your area to see which type of result will be best suited to your body and your lifestyle.Although silicone breast enhancement seems to have become quite outdated, new, safer breast enhancement techniques are continuously being developed to provide women with the great figures they have always dreamed of.

Pumps
Large breasts are almost part of the equation for a beautifully attractive female form. However, many women fail to meet this lofty criterion unless they opt for breast enhancement plastic surgery. However plastic surgery is not without its pitfalls. Despite being able to fabricate a larger breast appearance, the procedure is expensive and surgically invasive with associated side effects, potential complications, and relatively long recovery. That is why more and more women crave a safer and more natural alternative to breast enhancement plastic surgery.
Companies producing breast enhancement pumps have claimed the mechanism of its actions are as followed:
1. The pump will "swell" breast tissue by vacuuming fats and fluids into breast tissue cells causing them to enlarge.
2. The pump builds and expands mammary gland tissue to it's fullest potential by balancing natural hormone levels just like when you were a teenager.
3. The pump increases collagen production and encourages production of new breast tissue cells providing a fuller firmer breast.

Prices of Surgery
Every time patients plan to undergo a cosmetic surgery procedure, a crucial factor that they need to consider is the cost of procedure. More often than not, the price of the plastic surgery procedure greatly affects the patient's decision whether to go ahead with the operation or not. And though more and more people are getting acquainted with plastic surgery and are seriously considering going under the knife, it's the cost of the procedure that really scares them away. This is the main reason why cosmetic surgery financial firms offer easy-to-pay plans for those who want their plastic surgery makeover realized.
Thus, it is then crucial for patients to know exactly how much they are going to pay for the procedures they are planning to get.
The average total cost of a breast augmentation surgery is about $6000. A breast lift is about $5200.

Breast Lift Surgery
Women who experience weight loss, or go through a pregnancy, typically experience a bit of sag in their breasts. With age, a woman's skin also loses its natural elasticity and vigor. Once these processes take their toll, it's impossible to rejuvenate the breasts to their original shape and form.
Sagging breasts with loose skin are not complimentary features that women seek out. Without adequate support, clothes may no longer fit properly, bathing suits can be horrifying, and women can lose their self-confidence.
If you have breasts that just don't have the same kind of firmness and shape anymore, don't give up just yet. A breast lift surgery can cure your problems and restore your peace of mind. For years now, breast lifts have been a popular procedure for the restoration of breasts. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, there were some 66,000 breast lift surgeries in 2003.
Also known as a mastopexy in the medical world, a breast lift is similar to other types of lifts in cosmetic surgery. The main idea is to remove a discreet patch of skin and pull the remaining skin together for a firm, youthful look. Results are usually immediate and satisfying, though there is a lengthy recovery period involved.
The breast lift surgery can be combined with a breast augmentation that could further enhance the size and appearance of the breasts.
A breast lift can be done as an outpatient procedure in a local surgeon's office. Depending on the complexity of the lift, it could take anywhere from an hour to several hours. In the end, patients walk away with firmer breasts, a higher nipple position, and reduction of the areola size.
The only snag in the process is extensive and indefinite scarring. Patients will have obvious signs of surgery for the remainder of their lives. However, the peace of mind that a breast lift can provide should far outweigh the prospect of scars if a patient moves ahead with the surgery in the first place. In fact, the surgeon can discreetly choose the location of the scarring when he or she makes the incisions.
If your breasts are succumbing to gravity and beginning to sag a little, it's a good time to consider a breast lift surgery. Talk to a board-certified plastic surgeon today for more information about this safe and popular procedure. Thousands of women have already done it, why shouldn't you? A fresh new look and a great-looking chest is something that you deserve.

Medical Advice on breast enhancement
Anyone who is considering plastic surgery to increase their chest size should first seek medical advice on breast enhancement. Although breast enhancement has become quite a common procedure these days anyone who is considering it should keep in mind that this procedure still involves major surgery. For this reason it is essential that all options be reviewed with a board certified plastic surgeon before any final decisions are made. The best way to obtain medical advice on breast enhancement is to go for a consultation (or multiple consultations) with a plastic surgeon. A consultation will allow you to you to sit with a surgeon and discuss everything from the types and sizes of implants that are available to the surgical technique that will offer you the best result.
When you go for your consultation you will not only want to ask about the implants and procedure that will best suit you, you will also want to ask about the type of anesthetic used, the length of time you will spend in the hospital and the recovery methods that will allow you to heal more quickly. You should also be sure that you ask your surgeon about any risks and side effects associated with the procedure that you are considering.Keep in mind that some surgeons are better at giving advice than others so if you don't feel comfortable or don't feel that your questions were adequately answered by the first surgeon you go to see don't get discouraged. It may take several visits to several different plastic surgeons before you find someone that you feel you can trust to perform your breast enhancement.Keep in mind that when a surgeon offers you medical advice on breast enhancement they will almost always have your best interest in mind. If your surgeon tells you that you have unrealistic expectations about how breast enhancement will change your life take this to heart. Many surgeons will be able to advise you about the type of result that you should aim for to give your body a well-proportioned, natural appeal. Your surgeon will likely let you know if the breast implants you want will look strange on your body. If this happens don't be offended. Keep in mind that your surgeon has probably dealt with many breast enhancement procedures and they will probably have a better idea of what will suit your body type than you do.It's great to get advice from friends and family who may have had breast enhancement so that you know what to expect from the procedure, but it's absolutely essential that you also consult a qualified surgeon for all the medical advice you need so that you can approach your decision with confidence.

Breast Enlargement Pills
The part of the body that most women are concerned about is the chest. The most basic issue about breasts is their size. Mother nature isn't always so kind to provide large cup sizes to every woman. If you are dissatisfied with your A, B, or small C cup size, then you've probably considered an enhancement of some sort. Sure there are bras out there that could give the impression of a bigger bosom, but that fact remains that you can't have what's not there in the first place.
Breast enhancement pills have been marketed endlessly as an alternative to a painful and expensive breast enhancement surgery. Many women don't want to put up with the long recovery and permanent scarring that results from a breast enhancement. That's why a pill that can promise the same result without the operation is an attractive thing. However, that's also why it's easy to fall for a marketing gimmick.
The typical breast enhancement pill promises a specific cup size increase within a month. If alarm bells aren't already ringing in your head, consider the challenge of actually do this. To increase your bust size by one cup, you'll need approximately 200 cc's of extra breast tissue. Considering that muscle mass can't account for this (besides, you women want muscular breasts), this tissue would have to be all fat. In order to gain 200 cc's of fat in the breasts, a proportionate gain in the rest of your body would be necessary. That's not such a good trade-off. Even if a pill could stimulate fat growth only in the breasts, it would take a lot more fat than your body could generate in 30 days.
So the bottom line is that breast enhancement pills aren't going to give you the breasts you want. They do work to a certain extent, but never to the degree that clients expect. In fact, some pills are known to redirect fat to the buttocks! That could be a disastrous side effect to discover a month down the line.
To make things worse, the marketing for these pills tends to use blatant lies. The before and after photos that accompany these ads are usually breast implant pictures. Several companies have even been caught using the pictures ripped off a plastic surgeon's website.

Here are the options:
Plastic surgery has allowed some of the masses to catch up. Breast augmentation, breast enlargement, breast implants are just some of the breast enhancing surgeries available. But for many people, who (1) feel it's not worth the result to go under the knife, (2) cannot afford major cosmetic surgery, and (3) only need slight enhancement and/or modification, then there are other non-surgical, cheaper options. Breast enhancement creams may be one of them.
Breast enhancement creams have been around for a few decades now. Many breast enhancement cream companies have proliferated due to constant demand for girls and women to amplify their bust size.

Most of the breast enhancement creams of the market contain ingredients that are similar to the structure and composition of the hormone, estrogen. The companies claim that these substances mimic the effects of estrogen. Estrogen is the body's primary source for breast enhancement as they maximize blood flow for estrogen distribution abound the breast, encouraging growth and maintenance of the breast tissue, firmness, and shape.
These ingredients will stimulate growth of mammary tissue - lengthening milk ducts to branch out from the nipple to the interior of the breast. Here it will cluster as lobules and stimulate expansion of fat tissue. The concluding result is the general expansion of breast tissue.
In addition, other advantages are the subsequent development of new skin cells and maintenance of collagen that will result in firmer breasts that will be noticeably more softer and smoother texture of the breasts.

A Common Desire
Large breasts are a common desire for young and older women alike. With the media bombarding images of the ideal female body - complete with large breasts - for decades, our society has increasingly accepted this image as the norm for femininity. This has intensified the pressure for women to reach this objective to enhance their appearance and desirability.
For the many women who have been not been endowed with such features, their small breasts serve as a source of frustration and a constant reminder that they may never achieve physical perfection as idealized by society's standard. Poor body image leading to harmfully low self-esteem and confidence are some of the major consequences from such pressure. But yet the pressure remains and continues to grow with such well-endowed iconic figures as Britney Spears, Madonna, Demi Moore, and Halle Berry dominating the airwaves. In fact, can you think of many media personalities who don't possess fabulous boobs? Not too many is there.
