While it is widely believed that men only care about breasts (sometimes even more so than personality), it still comes down to personalized tastes. Some men enjoy breasts. Some men look for legs. Some men love feet. The list goes on and on. Just like men obsessing over the size of their penises, women believe that larger breasts may give them more confidence and sexuality.

Well, let’s compare. Large natural breasts overtime will begin to sag. Large augmented breasts will sag in time as well. But overtime with a augmented breast, a woman may find thinning tissue, visible implant edges, visible traction rippling, stretch marks, and tissues with a higher risk if a re-operation becomes necessary. Based on that comparison, having large breasts (natural or augmented) in the present is nice. But overtime, a woman may experience more trouble with augmented breasts.

Five easy breast enlargement exercises

Chest Press:Lying on the floor (or a bench), hold the dumbbells end to end just above the chest height. Be sure that your elbows are pointing out. Press the dumbbells straight up, extending your arms and hold for 15 seconds. Repeat for 10 times per day

Cobra Stretch:Lie facedown with your feet together, your toe pointed and you hands on the floor. Make sure that your palms are down just in front of your shoulders. Pressing your hands into the floor, gently extend your arms, lifting your upper body off the floor as far as comfortably possible. If you feel any strain in your back, alter the pose so that you keep your elbows bent and your forearms on the floor.

Praise Pose Strech:Kneel with toes pointed behind you. Sit back onto your heels, and lower your chest to your thighs. Stretch your arms overhead, and rest your palms and forehead on the floor (or as close as comfortable).

Chest Lift:Lie face down on the floor with your hands under your chin. Lift your head, chest, and arms about 5 to 6 inches off the floor. Hold the position for 10 seconds. And Repeat 5-10 times per day.

Downward Dog:Position yourself on the floor on your hands and knees, your feet flexed. Press your hands and feet into the floor, raising your hips toward the ceiling. Your body should look like an upside-down "V". Keep lifting your tailbone toward the ceiling as you lower your heels to the floor as far as comfortably possible.

This is another dynamic-tension exercise that's perfect for the office, the car, or just about anywhere. Even simple and easy exercises like this increase your muscle tone and blood flow while helping build up the pectoral muscles.
Place your hands in front of you at about breastbone level.
Interlock your fingers. You can cup your hands and invert one, so they fit together comfortably. Alternately, you can link just your index and middle fingers like the links of a chain -- this way is much better if you have long nails.
Now, pull your two arms in opposite directions as hard as you can. Hold this pressure for five seconds.
Relax for five seconds. Now, repeat.
